Come and help celebrate our Local High Country Suppliers!
The Harrietville Snowline Hotel is putting together a calendar of food events and to kick it off we are hosting a special dinner to celebrate our local high country suppliers.
Ciaran and his talented kitchen crew have teamed up with all of our local suppliers and created a one of a kind 4 course menu, using entirely their products.
We invite you all to come along to enjoy a 4 course specialty menu to help celebrate the amazing local produce in our High Country region.
6.45pm Welcome drink upon arrival
7pm Dinner commences

1st course – Harrietville Bakery & Mount Buffalo Olives
~ Black olive ciabatta, citrus marinaded olives, home-made fried haloumi, extra virgin olive oil.
2nd course- Harrietville Trout Farm & Vegetation
~ Smoked Trout, pea & watercress risotto
3rd course- Ricardis meats, Bright & Vegetation, Mt Beauty
~ Lamb rump, shoulder, belly, salsa verde & black garlic lamb jus
