Our goal is to make The Snowline a destination pub for travellers and food lovers from all over Victoria.
Our chef Heath Trethowan has come up with a great balance of traditional pub food and house specialties that take advantage of the wonderful seasonal produce available in the North East. We believe strongly in fresh food and are proud that our entire menu is now made on premise with only the chips coming out of the freezer.
We use local trout from just down the road, local vension and our A1 grade Black Angus Scotch Fillet is fast gaining a reputation as one of the best steaks in the region. Our menu is complemented by a fantastic selection of local wines that demonstrate the variety of quality wines available in the North East.
